Delivery Policy

  • In case your ordered items are out of stock, we will use the closest replacements with similar colors or appearances.

  • Same day delivery only applies for orders received before 3 PM during Ramadan month (Cairo local time), otherwise, it will be delivered on the next day.

  • Free delivery policy only applies for the areas inside Cairo, Alexandria, Hurghada, and Sharm El-Sheikh. Otherwise, extra delivery fees will be required to deliver outside these areas.

  • Areas outside the main city are not covered by our free delivery policy, even if these areas are in the same governorate. These areas include but are not limited to: (Agamy, Burg Al-Arab, North Coast, El-Gouna, Makadi bay, Soma bay, Safaga, Sadat City, New Administrative Capital, Giza and 6th of october city).

  • The delivery times for both Valentine and Mother’s Day are either before 6:30 PM or after 6:30 PM Cairo local time (But we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time during the day)

  • Buyers must make sure that the recipient of the flowers does not have any kind of allergy to flowers or any fragrances that may come with, FloraDoor will not be responsible for such consequences that may happen.

  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and phone number of the recipient, if the provided address is not sufficient to proceed with the delivery, and our team couldn’t reach the recipient by phone to ask about the address details, The order delivery will be delayed until we receive a detailed address from the sender or the recipient.

  • If a scheduled delivery was made but the recipient was not at the mentioned address. The store have the right to demand the delivery fees to schedule and perform a second delivery for the same order.

  • Flowers may be delivered while in full bloom, or closed condition (Especially Lilies).

Refund Policy

  • If we did not deliver flowers in the scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of order value (Taking into consideration our delivery policies)
  • In case the delivery address provided was incorrect and the recipient is unreachable, we take the bouquet back until further notice from the sender. However, no refund is granted.
  • The customer cannot request a refund after the order has been prepared and delivered to the mentioned address.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.
