REFUND POLICY

  • If we did not deliver flowers in the scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of order value (Taking into consideration our delivery policies)
  • In case the delivery address provided was incorrect and the recipient is unreachable, we take the bouquet back until further notice from the sender. However, no refund is granted.
  • The customer cannot request a refund after the order has been prepared and delivered to the recipient
